Ride for Water. Ride for Life. On 3 May 2026, the Sydney Muslim Cyclists once again take to the road in partnership with Human Appeal Australia to raise awareness and funds for a life-saving Artesian Water Well in Gaza, bringing hope to a community where over 2 million people struggle daily without reliable access to clean water.
This ride is more than a physical journey—it is a mission to deliver sustainable, desalinated water to 2,500 beneficiaries, transforming lives through a single well that reaches depths of approximately 50 metres.
Unlike standard wells, artesian wells require deeper drilling and more advanced construction, making them more costly—but this depth is essential to access cleaner, more reliable water sources that can serve communities long-term.
Water, something we often take for granted, is a lifeline in Gaza, and through this initiative, you can be part of a solution that provides lasting relief and meaningful impact. Every drop drawn from this well becomes a source of Sadaqah Jariyah, a continuous reward that lasts far beyond the moment of giving.
The Sydney Muslim Cyclists have always stood alongside Human Appeal, consistently riding on the road to goodness and supporting projects that have aided thousands of beneficiaries worldwide, and this ride continues that legacy of impact. Whether you join the ride, donate, or share the cause, you are helping deliver water, dignity, and hope—because one well means thousands impacted and endless reward.
