Recent events have led to a severe humanitarian crisis in Gaza, where the escalation of conflict has brought untold suffering to countless innocent lives. As we speak, entire neighbourhoods are being bombarded, resulting in a devastating toll on human life and infrastructure.
According to the Gazan Health Ministry, 1,200 civilians have already been killed, and over 5,600 people were wounded. Buildings that once stood as homes are now reduced to rubble.
The current situation is continuously escalating, sparking fears that this crisis may surpass the deadly attacks of 2014, which resulted in over 2,200 Palestinians being killed.
In response, Human Appeal is actively coordinating relief efforts with its field office in Gaza to aid the displaced and medically injured. We are mobilizing all available resources, but we can’t do it alone. AIMA South Australia is partnering with Human Appeal Australia to help out efforts on the grounds of Gaza.
Help is needed especially on the medical front, with thousands of dear Palestinian brothers and sisters injured everyday. This money will be going towards:
- Emergency medical supplies
- Fuel for generating electricity
- Food & Water
Now is the time to aid innocent civilians who are suffering because of the ongoing conflict. No donation is too small. Every contribution counts when it comes to saving lives and offering some semblance of comfort to those who have lost everything.
